Hot Valentine’s Day Gift - 5 Ways to Eat Chocolate AND Lose Weight

A Japanese doctor is claiming that people can lose weight if they eat chocolate.

The doctor, also an Ibaraki Christian University professor, (so, he wouldn't lie) says, "Chocolate lovers can still enjoy the tastes they like and lose weight while doing so."

But, there are strict conditions.

1. There has to be at least 70% cacao content.

2. No more than 50 grams a day.

3. It should be eaten in three portions before or during each meal.

4. The 50 grams of chocolate (300 calories) must take the place of something else - cut out the rice, noodles or potato chips

5. Let it melt in your mouth - the longer it takes to consume, the more likely you will feel full.

The science - cacao absorbs glucose and burns fat, is rich in fiber which also absorbs fat and loosens the bowels.

Additionally, #chocolate combats the oxidization of cholesterol and thus works to prevent the hardening of the arteries."
