Covering the economic and industrial might of Japan

Japan is called the land of the rising sun. Many a day begins here and the sun rises are indeed beautiful...as are the sunsets. 

Many times I watched the sun sink in the Nihonkai (Japan Sea)...bright burnt red orange with clouds that magnified its glow.

This blog will be about Japan - its culture, its people, its languagem about things Japanese and most of all doing business in Japan and with the Japanese.

This small country - smaller in size than the state of CA and less than one tenth the population of the most populated country in the world, still ranks number two among the world's economies.

Though it has been asleep for a little more than a decade, it is asleep no more.

Japan is back. 

It's companies still do the best quality work - think Toyota, and its people have money in the bank to burn - more than $100K per household.

I aim to tell you what I know about Japan and in some cases what I thougt I knew..and in even more what I didn't know.
